Robert D. Jowers
Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law since 1986, Robert focuses his practice on writing title opinions; reviewing, negotiating, and drafting documents for the sale and purchase of oil, gas and related hydrocarbon substances, as well as drilling, exploration, participation, and other agreements; and, litigation issues involving the up-stream oil and gas industry.
Jennifer Leach
Jennifer Leach received Bachelor of Arts degrees in philosophy and public relations from Southern Methodist University in 1996, her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 2000, and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 2001.
She practices oil and gas law, with a focus on litigation.

Robert Jowers has focused his practice on oil, gas and mineral law in Texas representing clients in all aspects of oil and gas upstream exploration and production matters, including: transaction, litigation, and regulatory issues, and title analysis for exploration, production, financing and acquisition purposes. His experiences include testifying as an expert witness and serving as an appointed Special Master in Chancery regarding oil and gas matters. He is also a mediator.
